Agreement is required

Tapping the final onboarding button is treated as agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Read the details, including third-party processing for AI and safety checks, and the possibility that eligible shared data is used for OpenAI improvement and training.

If you do not agree, you may not use earlie. Do not tap the button; stop using the app and uninstall it if already installed. We do not offer a continue-without-agreement option. This does not waive statutory rights or legally required consent standards.

The service

earlie helps organize preparation and travel. AI suggestions, memories, travel estimates and notification timing may be inaccurate or unavailable. Check and edit deadlines, places, durations and packing items. Arrival or completion on time is not guaranteed.

Safe use

Do not operate the app while driving or in unsafe situations. Do not rely on it alone for emergencies, medication instructions, medical, legal or safety decisions. Do not use it for unlawful activity, infringement, automated abuse, bypassing safeguards or generating harmful or explicit sexual content. Safety checks may reject processing.

Your content and providers

Only provide content you have permission to use. Features may require internet access or third-party services. Map content remains subject to Apple and provider rights. See the Privacy Policy.

Service conditions

You are responsible for connection costs. Features may change, be limited or become unavailable. The service is provided as available to the extent permitted by law. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded, including intentional misconduct or gross negligence. The license is also subject to Apple’s Standard EULA.
