The service
earlie helps organize preparation and travel. AI suggestions, travel estimates and notification timing may be inaccurate or unavailable. Check deadlines, places, durations and packing items before starting. The app does not guarantee arrival or completion on time.
Safe use
Do not operate the app while driving or in other unsafe situations. Do not rely on it alone for emergencies, medication instructions, medical, legal or safety decisions. Do not use it for unlawful activity, infringement, automated abuse or bypassing safeguards.
Your content and providers
Only provide content you have permission to use. AI, maps and notifications may depend on an internet connection and third-party services. Map content remains subject to Apple’s and its providers’ rights. Read the Privacy Policy for information handling.
Service conditions
You are responsible for your connection costs. Features may change, be limited or become unavailable. The service is provided as available to the extent permitted by law. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
The app license is also subject to Apple’s Standard EULA.
